SD Muhammadiyah Kleco is an Islamic school for kindergarten and grade levels 1-6 that has four sections each. It has three units, located at Jl. Nyi Pembayun and Jl. Tegal Gendu.

SD Muhammadiyah Kleco Unit 1 and Unit 3 has more than 15 sections starting from grade levels 1 to 6. It is an integrated into 1 place.
